The number of potential weapons he had deliberately laid aside was frighteningly high.

Author Notes: about 5, 600 words. Kind of Christmas fic because the climax of this story is at the Christmas’s Eve. Unbeta’d so I’m sorry because English isn’t my mothertongue. I just want to post this story heheh. Comment? And maybe if you notice, I’m so freaking interested in rare-pairing, like… Tom/William, Tom/Spencer, Gabe/William, Ryan Ross/Edward Cullen—because they’re not cliché and writing them feels… different, I guess. LOL. Right, shut up now. COMMENTS, PLEASE. Thank you. Title from Cornerstone - Arctic Monkeys, and wow, Alex Turner/Ryan Ross seems like a good idea for a pairing, right?

Author’s Notes: Important! This is based on theopteryx 's and shoemaster 's not!fic. I asked if I could write it, they said yes. (So please don't say anything about stealing or plagiarism to me.) I could not fit everything in this story I wanted, so there will be a sequel and I'm working on a piece that tells us about Gerard's past. Even if I tried to tell their story, it still is mine. Everything you don't recognize belongs to me. Also, I used like four sentences 1:1. I did not mark them, but I don't want to take credit for them. Last story from the Advent-calendar.
